Digital purchases and membership

Individual guide books cost $9.99; five-guide digital collections cost $39.99. The $14.99 monthly membership renews automatically until canceled and includes all digital-only content in the formats available for each title. Manage or cancel through your account. Access remains available until the end of the paid billing period; already downloaded files remain on your device. Physical paperbacks, printing and shipping are not included. Paperback purchases are handled separately by the linked retailer under that retailer’s terms. Any applicable tax and final total are shown at checkout.

Digital downloads are licensed for personal use. Do not redistribute, resell or share your account or private download links. Contact guides@atredatutorials.com about purchase problems, billing questions or refund requests. Nothing here limits mandatory cancellation or refund rights under applicable law.

Assumption of responsibility

You are responsible for evaluating whether an activity or decision is suitable for your circumstances. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Atreda Tutorial Teaching LLC takes no responsibility for financial, physical or emotional harm resulting from reliance on educational materials. This does not exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Atreda Tutorial Teaching LLC, and its officers, directors, employees, and agents, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your access to or use of our services.

No warranties

Furthermore, all materials and content provided are on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Your legal rights

These exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law. They do not waive non-excludable consumer rights or liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or other conduct for which liability cannot legally be limited. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent allowed by law.
